Influencer Community Assistant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Influencer Community Assistant based in the United States.

The Influencer Community Assistant will help scale a high-volume creator gifting program by identifying and engaging creators who align with the brand and target audience.
You’ll play a hands-on role in discovering emerging talent across leading social platforms and evaluating creators for quality, relevance, and authenticity.
The position combines creator research, personalized outreach, relationship building, and pipeline management.
You’ll help ensure promising creators move efficiently from initial discovery through onboarding and gifting.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands social culture and enjoys working at the intersection of community, content, and influencer marketing.
As the program grows, you’ll gain practical experience in large-scale creator operations and have opportunities to take on broader responsibilities.
The role is fully remote and structured as a 90-day independent contractor engagement.

Accountabilities

• Source and identify creators for gifting based on brand alignment, content quality, engagement, audience relevance, platform presence, and niche.
• Research creator profiles thoroughly, assessing engagement quality, audience fit, content style, and overall suitability before outreach.
• Build and maintain an organized creator sourcing pipeline segmented by platform, follower tier, content niche, and other relevant criteria.
• Monitor emerging creators, social formats, trends, and content opportunities to keep the sourcing pipeline current and diverse.
• Conduct high-volume outreach through email and direct messages, inviting qualified creators to participate in the gifting program.
• Personalize outreach messages at scale while maintaining a warm, authentic, and engaging tone.
• Follow up consistently with prospective creators and manage conversations through the appropriate stages of the outreach pipeline.
• Respond to inbound creator interest and questions regarding gifting opportunities and participation.
• Track outreach activity, response rates, creator status, and pipeline progress using spreadsheets or creator management systems.
• Support the onboarding of newly recruited creators into the gifting workflow.
• Help rapidly scale creator outreach ahead of major gifting waves, product launches, and campaign initiatives.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, community management, recruiting, sales prospecting, or a related field; relevant internships are welcome.
• Strong ability to recognize creators who naturally align with a brand’s voice, audience, and content standards.
• Native-level familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including current creator trends, formats, communities, and engagement patterns.
• Comfortable conducting high-volume, personalized outreach through email and social media direct messages.
• Excellent written communication skills with a clear, warm, personable, and professional communication style.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and accurately track a large creator pipeline.
• Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems, or creator/affiliate platforms; familiarity with AspireIQ or similar tools is a plus.
• Background in high-volume prospecting, recruiting, sales outreach, or community engagement is advantageous.
• Strong judgment when evaluating creator quality, engagement authenticity, audience relevance, and overall brand fit.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple outreach activities and maintain consistent follow-through.
