Key Responsibilities

• Serve as key liaison between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and refine product backlogs
• Create 10-15 high-quality user stories per week in JIRA
• Drive iterative delivery of value through collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and QA
• Enable adaptive planning, early delivery, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or additional 4 years relevant experience)
• 8+ years Business Analyst experience, 2-3 years as Lead BA
• Recent Health insurance payor industry experience
• ServiceNow (CSM, ITSM, CRM) implementation/migration experience
• Strong Agile frameworks experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• SME-level JIRA knowledge with hands-on user story creation
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Skills

• UI product experience and basic Webservices knowledge
• RestAPIs, Cloud/DevOps project experience
• SAFe/Agile certifications
