This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, managing day-to-day HR operations, and working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Support daily HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentationAssist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating onboardingRespond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and company proceduresMaintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and other internal systemsAssist with leave of absence, attendance, and employee status updatesSupport benefits administration and employee enrollment processesPrepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as neededEnsure HR processes and documentation remain compliant with company policies and applicable employment regulationsPartner with managers and employees to resolve routine HR-related questions and concernsAssist with employee engagement initiatives, company events, and other HR projectsProvide general administrative support to the HR team and contribute to process improvementsQualifications:2+ years of experience in human resources, HR administration, or a related fieldWorking knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, benefits, and recruiting supportExperience working with an HRIS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and OutlookStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionallyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-service-oriented approachBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredAssignment Details:Contract to hire roleOnsiteLocated in National City, San DiegoCompensation: $27.00- $34.00 per hour DOEMonday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PSTIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply now — we are conducting interviews immediately!
