Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Post payments, process advances, and perform loan servicing transactions accurately and efficiently

• Complete system updates including address changes, auto debit setup, and account maintenance activities

• Create payoff letters, auto debit authorizations, and conduct detailed loan research

• Review loan documentation, resolve customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining data accuracy

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach

• Ability to review, interpret, and analyze loan documents with a high level of attention to detail

• Previous experience in customer service, financial services, banking, loan servicing, or related administrative functions preferred

• Pay: $32.06 per hour

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Assignment Length: 12-month assignment

Pay Details: $32.06 per hour
