Head of Strategic Integration About the Company Fast-growing national RIA Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Strategic Integration to play a pivotal role in the firm's expansion strategy. This leadership position is focused on the end-to-end integration of acquired firms, with a primary goal of ensuring a seamless transition for advisors, clients, and employees while maintaining the unique qualities of each firm. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing integration team, serve as a key liaison across the organization, and align internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced acquisition environment. Key responsibilities for the Head of Strategic Integration include overseeing the full integration lifecycle, from pre-acquisition diligence to post-close onboarding and optimization. The role demands the ability to build, refine, and scale a best-in-class integration playbook, as well as to lead change management efforts and develop effective communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services, with a direct background in leading post-acquisition integrations, particularly within the RIA or wealth management space. A strong understanding of RIA operations, compliance, custodial relationships, and advisor technology ecosystems is essential, as is experience in a high-growth, acquisitive environment. The role requires exceptional project and program management skills, the ability to influence and lead across senior stakeholders, and a collaborative leadership style with a focus on relationship management.
