Receptionist for Construction and Land Development Company
Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our construction and land development firm. We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive individual to manage front-office operations, support administrative functions, and contribute to the smooth running of our office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company committed to excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
- Run errands as needed to support office operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
- Assist with light cleaning duties to ensure a tidy workspace
- Support bookkeeping activities when required, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Availability 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in administrative support preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable transportation and own vehicle required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
