About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Medical Unit – New Hampshire

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend required. Day shift RN patient ratio 1:4, night shift ratio 1:5. 23-bed cardiac medical unit with one treatment room.

Highlights:

• Specialized cardiac telemetry unit caring for hemodynamically stable MI, acute/chronic heart failure, new onset atrial fibrillation, and procedural cardiac patients including caths, ablations, cardioversions, and device placements
• Manage patients on cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Diltiazem, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Lasix, and insulin infusions
• Telemetry monitoring with hard-wired capabilities, vein finders, portable and continuous pulse oximetry, mechanical lifts, and modern equipment
• Allscripts EMR with medication scanning and soft-lab capabilities
• Collaborative team environment with strong clinical support including charge nurse, patient care technicians, and multidisciplinary team members
• Floating within similar units as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• Current ACLS certification required
• Cardiac telemetry knowledge and experience required
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill set managing cardiac medical and procedural patients, including post-cardiac catheterization care and cardiac drip protocols
• Strong medical-surgical background with telemetry experience strongly preferred
