Director, HEOR Strategy - Dermatology
AbbVie
Director-level position leading health economics and outcomes research strategy for dermatology indications at a pharmaceutical company. Responsible for developing integrated evidence strategies that support commercialization, market access, and reimbursement objectives across US and international markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated HEOR strategies for assigned on-market and pipeline indications
- Lead evidence-generation plans aligned with scientific, regulatory, commercial, and market access objectives
- Drive lifecycle evidence and labeling strategies to support product differentiation and value demonstration
- Communicate evidence and strategic recommendations to executives, payers, health technology assessments, and key opinion leaders
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of HEOR work from strategy development through dissemination and implementation
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MS in Economics, Econometrics, or Epidemiology)
- Minimum 10 years experience with Master's degree; 7 years with PhD or PharmD
- Experience leading complex products through clinical development and commercialization
- Extensive knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and pricing and access landscape
- Proven leadership in cross-functional, global team environments with senior management interaction
- Ability to develop creative solutions within resource constraints and complex regulatory requirements
