I am seeking a teammate to collaborate closely, share ideas, and develop practical solutions to real-world financial questions. At this time, a part-time volunteer/intern would play a meaningful role in supporting the strategies.

Role Description The Volunteer Analyst / Teammate / Research Buddy internship offers exposure to real financial advisory projects in a collaborative setting. This is an internship position based in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area with a hybrid schedule, combining occasional in-person collaboration with flexible work-from-home arrangements or entirely. Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with quantitative information.
• Ability to conduct market research and general research using credible sources.
• Basic understanding of statistics and interest in applying statistical concepts to real data.
• Interest, curiosity and some level of demonstrated experience with artificial intelligence tools is required. This could also include very basic, traditional experience using financial tools i.e. excel, graphics. Creative skills outside afforementioned tools/abilties may be just as helpufl as a fit.
• Clear, professional communication skills for written and verbal interaction with teammates.
• Interest in finance, economics, business, or related fields; coursework or projects in these areas are helpful.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, online research tools).
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a mentorship or partnership.
• Current student or recent graduate preferred, but all motivated applicants are welcome to apply.
