About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to create a premier AI-native workforce pipeline. The role demands a transformative leader with a strong background in business operations, a history of cultivating elite teams, and a deep commitment to the mission of economic transformation and expanded opportunity for low-income and underrepresented communities. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have 8-12 years' of experience in business operations or leadership roles, with a preference for those who have a background in both strategy/consulting and hands-on operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational system architecture, performance management, and organizational design.
