Leading the end-to-end product life cycle, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will develop AI-enabled capabilities and workflow automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Own product strategy and roadmap for AI capabilities, translating customer needs and technical possibilities into clear product priorities Partner with engineering to design, test, and launch AI-enabled features, ensuring user-centric solutions and compliance with operational standards Conduct customer discovery and market assessments to inform product decisions and improve workflows across screening and compliance operations Required qualifications 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or related domains 1 to 2+ years of experience shipping AI/ML or automation products Ownership of at least one AI-powered capability, such as a co-pilot or intelligent workflow Strong technical fluency in AI concepts, including LLMs and prompt design Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
