Finance Associate

Fuego is redefining dance footwear with sneakers built for dance and everyday life — combining style, performance, and comfort in every step. We're looking for a hands-on, part-time Finance Associate to support the financial operations of the business. This is a builder's role — you'll bring structure, rigor, and forward visibility to a business that's scaling internationally across DTC and wholesale channels. You'll partner directly with the CEO on strategy while supporting execution on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and finance administration. This is a remote, part-time, contract positionEnsure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.What You'll DoBuild and maintain rolling budgets and financial forecasts across DTC, wholesale channelsTrack budget vs. actuals monthly and flag variances with clear explanations and recommendationsOptimize working capital across AP, AR, and inventory financingProvide financial analysis to support key strategic decisionsBuild and maintain KPI dashboardsModel scenarios for major initiativesOversee AP/AR processes, contractor and vendor payments across multiple countries and currenciesTake on special projects as they arise in a fast-moving, lean organizationWhat We're Looking For5+ years of progressive finance/accounting xhyhwjd experience, ideally including time at a high-growth DTC, e-commerce, or consumer products companyStrong command of financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow forecastingProficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) and advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication skills — able to translate financial detail into clear guidanceHigh ownership mentality; comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment where you'll wear multiple hats Fuego Inc
