Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control. This includes monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accurate tracking of goods. The coordinator will work closely with various teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and maintain efficient supply chain processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement inventory management procedures to ensure accurate and efficient inventory control. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to meet demand. Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate tracking of inventory. Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize inventory levels. Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues. Implement best practices for inventory management and make recommendations for process improvements. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in inventory management or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
