• Contract Length: Approximately 22 weeks, with 3- or 6-month options available
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days
• Schedule: Full-time only; 10-hour shift option (0630-1700) and 12-hour shift option (0630-1900)
• Hours: 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Start Date: June or July 2026 target start
• Setting: Medically directed, academic practice
• Call: No call

CRNA Job Requirements

• Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license and eligibility to practice in Arizona
• At least 1 year of CRNA experience required
• Experience in a high-acuity anesthesia environment preferred
• Strong clinical skills and confidence working in a collaborative, medically directed model
• Ability to work full-time schedules with reliability, flexibility, and consistency

CRNA Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a broad range of surgical and procedural services
• Support cases in specialties such as general surgery, kidney transplant, vascular, thoracic, urology, gynecology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, neurosurgery, complex spine, plastic surgery, and sports medicine
• Participate in robust outfield practice including EP, CT, IR, and GI/endoscopy
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and perioperative team members in a medically directed academic environment
• Contribute to efficient workflow while maintaining excellent patient-centered care
