Position Overview:
Located in Cumming (north Atlanta), I'm currently seeking outgoing, motivated and competitive individuals who enjoy helping others! This is an opportunity to join a top 100 nationally ranked office and mentorship program.

All positions at our agency will have customer service, account management, and sales responsibilities. You will learn our systems, core products, how to market those products, and the business development skills that it takes to succeed in today's job market.

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Making outbound phone calls to our current clients schedule appointments, review their insurance needs and market the appropriate product
• Answering inbound phone calls and assisting current clients
• Making outbound sales calls to help quote, write and close new customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license (must be able to obtain)
• Life, Accident and Sickness insurance license (must be able to obtain)
