Duties

Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface polishing to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothing and linens with care and precision

Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to household preferences, demonstrating strong cooking skills

Care for floors through specialized floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning and polishing hard surfaces

Maintain organization of household supplies and assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed

Ensure all areas are sanitized regularly following health guidelines to promote a safe living environment

Provide excellent customer service by anticipating household needs and addressing them promptly with professionalism

Skills

Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management or janitorial roles with a focus on quality service delivery

Strong cooking skills to prepare a variety of meals safely and efficiently

Expertise in cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation protocols

Experience in laundry operations—handling delicate fabrics and managing clothing care efficiently

Knowledge of custodial practices gained through hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously

Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment confidently
