Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and recognize all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet guest service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

• Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure efficient flow and cleanliness of the area.

• Support waiters by delivering food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to dining areas, and assist with any additional guest requests.

• Ensure that all necessary supplies, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments, are available for both guests and staff.

• Perform regular cleaning tasks in dining areas, including cleaning tables, chairs, and other surfaces, as well as sweeping and mopping floors.

• Help staff with tasks such as delivering food orders, organizing tableware, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant area.

• Anticipate and communicate restocking needs.

• Ensure the security of all items and storage areas.

• Complete closing tasks.

• Prepare a daily shopping list to maintain a healthy inventory level as indicated by the supervisor.

• Follow all company safety and protection policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.

• Complete safety training and certifications.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals, listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

• Ensure compliance with expectations and quality standards.

• Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Hospitality oriented

• Previous experience in a similar role in a high-end kitchen environment

• Ability to handle difficult situations effectively

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
