Title Attorney

Purple Land Management is seeking a Title Attorney to join our team and work directly with project leadership. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled legal professional who can operate independently while collaborating effectively in a team-driven environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting in-depth mineral and title research that supports our clients’ drilling operations, lease negotiations, and payout processes. You’ll play a key role in delivering the legal insights and documentation our clients need to make confident, informed decisions. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with project directors to define and execute project objectives Conduct thorough research of county records to verify surface and mineral ownership, using both online databases and on-site courthouse visits Review, analyze, and synthesize research findings into clear, accurate reports for client submission Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and client objectives Mandatory Requirements Licensed attorney in good standing Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in title and mineral research, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams (both written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Compensation : Commensurate with experience Career Path : Opportunity for promotion based on performance and completion of training Start Date : Immediate Work Authorization : Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr
