The company has grown from a small startup into a major brand, selling over a million bikes to families across the country.Job SummaryThe Project Manager will lead planning and execution across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational improvement projects. This role works closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals — from new product introductions to facility and process improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and track projects from initiation through completion, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource managementPartner with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to coordinate new product launches and production line changesDevelop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and risk logs; proactively flag and resolve roadblocksFacilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear ownership of action items and follow-throughSupport continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor, applying lean/Six Sigma principles where applicableManage vendor and contractor coordination for capital projects, equipment installs, or facility upgradesTrack project budgets and provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and financial impactEnsure projects comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards relevant to manufacturing operationsMaintain documentation and post-project reviews to capture lessons learnedSkills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar)Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across engineering, operations, and leadership teamsComfortable on the production floor and in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environmentPMP certification a plus, not requiredExperience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
