Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of industrial or warehouse experience required
• Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management preferred
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours as needed

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Build, move, and organize cartons and product bundles
• Assist with inventory management and weekly inventory counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clear of hazards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Support additional warehouse tasks and overtime work when needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, stretch, and climb as required
• Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
• Able to wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hairnets, and/or bump caps when required

What You Will Do


As a Warehouse Worker you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Worker plays an important role in warehouse and distribution operations by helping products move efficiently from receiving through shipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities.


Successful Warehouse Worker candidates understand warehouse organization, inventory procedures, shipping processes, and safe material handling while supporting efficient daily operations. Reliable performance contributes directly to customer satisfaction.
