Disputes Training Lead — Risk Operations
Current
Current's Risk Operations team in New York seeks a Training Lead to own the training standards, curriculum, and governance for disputes handling. You will ensure every member delivering outcomes is equipped to be accurate, compliant, and consistent. You will partner with BPO training leads to align content, track completion and impact, and drive continuous improvement across internal and outsourced teams. This role requires translating Reg E, Reg Z, and CFPB into practical learning at scale. #J-18808-Ljbffr Current
