Site Civil Project Manager

Site Civil Project Manager – Building Engineering Services (BES) HDR is seeking a Site Civil Project Manager for the Building Engineering Services (BES) Business Group located in Denver, CO. This role focuses on managing land development projects and may also serve as a project manager on multidisciplinary projects across the BES team. Primary Responsibilities Meet with potential clients to share the benefits of working with the HDR team Facilitate the development of the scope, schedule, and budget for proposals Learn and navigate the HDR project management process for each project Participate in the interview process for new work Prepare and maintain appropriate Project Management Plan documents Communicate regular status updates to the team and client Be open and supportive of teaming opportunities when appropriate Organize all necessary contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and other necessary project documents Encourage leadership development throughout the team Work with leadership to further define national standards and best practices Identify opportunities and work with the team to improve processes & increase efficiency Manage your time and organization of multiple tasks and projects Communicate effectively with managers and team members Be an advocate for HDR, the BES Business Group, and the Site Civil team Perform other tasks that support the mission and vision of HDR and the BES Business Group Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Seven years of related experience, inclusive of a minimum of two years in project management Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position (e.g., Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng)) Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Demonstrated leadership skills Commitment to participation in HDR’s employee‑owned culture Preferred Qualifications Master's degree PMP certification Previous experience with an architectural/engineering firm Preference given to local candidates Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $128,128.00 – $183,040.00 for full‑time regular positions in Colorado.
