Travel Med Surg RN

This is a 13-week contract position.

DAYS (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM with rotating weekends)

We are seeking a skilled Travel Med Surg RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout their stay. Strong candidates will have experience in med-surg nursing and be adept at managing various patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as necessary
• Monitor patient progress and implement necessary interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding their health and treatment plans

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license
• NIHSS certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience
• Permanent address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
