Must Meet the Following Criteria:

Proven customer service experience
Self-motivated with a positive "Can Do" attitude
Availability for flexible shifts

Responsibilities and Duties - Sales Associate:

Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service
Identify customer needs and provide helpful information about product features
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following daily routines
Achieve salon sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Stay informed about our products and services to discuss available options
Process sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
Adhere to inventory control procedures
Exhibit solid communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor with a focus on customer service
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
