Already Autism is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!

As an RBT, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting positive behavior change.

You'll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and become part of a team that is committed to helping every child grow and succeed.

• RBT supervision
• Practicum student supervision

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an RBT, you will:

• Work 1:1 with children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising RBT
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement ABA strategies to support positive behavior change
• Collect and record data using CentralReach
• Complete accurate session documentation
• Support challenging behaviors with patience, professionalism, and compassion
• Communicate important session information to the BCBA
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team
• Provide services in homes, clinics, and community settings

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
• Willingness to travel to client locations

NOT YET AN RBT?

That's okay! If you have completed your 40-hour RBT training but have not yet obtained your certification, we encourage you to apply.

All non-registered technicians are required to obtain their RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within 60 days of hire.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

Services may take place in:

Client Homes Clinics Community Settings

Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.

Travel between client locations may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position may require employees to:

• Talk and listen frequently
• Stand for extended periods
• Use hands and fingers regularly
• Lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
