Job Description

Infinity Solutions EXIM is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Vice President of Operations to lead company-wide operational strategy, improve efficiency, and support long-term business growth. This executive will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen processes, optimize resources, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments and business functions.

• Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.

• Establish operational KPIs, performance standards, and reporting systems.

• Design and implement scalable processes to support continued company growth.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and major business initiatives.

• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and operational planning.
\n
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
\n
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among operations, finance, sales, technology, and other departments.

• Lead process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
\n
• Recruit, develop, and mentor senior leaders and operations teams.
\n
• Ensure operational activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, general management, or executive leadership.
\n
• Proven experience overseeing complex or multi-functional business operations.
\n
• Strong track record of improving operational performance and organizational efficiency.
\n
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
\n
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, teams, and cross-functional initiatives.
\n
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
