\n Job Summary\n

\n The Structural Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate project estimates by reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. This position works closely with customers, project managers, and internal teams to support projects from the bidding stage through completion.\n

\n

\n Job Duties\n

\n
• Prepare estimates for new projects and change orders.
\n
• Read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
\n
• Complete material takeoffs and estimate labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
\n
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
\n
• Support project management by assisting with change orders, RFIs, drawing reviews, and other project-related tasks.
\n

\n Pay: 25/hourly or Experienced based pay \n

\n
\n

\n Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm Friday 7:30pm-4:00pm\n

\n
\n

\n Experience & Skill Requirements\n

\n
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
\n
• At least one year of estimating, drafting, or related construction experience preferred.
\n
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
\n
• Bluebeam experience preferred.
\n
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
\n
