Job Summary
General Manager responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring profitability, staffing, customer satisfaction, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Maximize store profitability by managing expenses, revenue streams, and inventory.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team; oversee hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching.
- Ensure outstanding customer experience; handle guest complaints and gather feedback.
- Maintain store appearance, safety, and compliance with local, state, and company policies.
- Execute financial plans, analyze reports, and monitor cash handling and inventory.
- Drive continuous improvement, change initiatives, and community engagement.
- Provide performance coaching, evaluations, recognition, and talent development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of retail or food service management experience, or 3+ years in a fuel environment.
- Strong leadership, staff development, and labor allocation skills.
- Experience in budgeting, inventory control, cash handling, and safety programs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform required tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Pay Range
$45,000.00 – $81,972.00 (subject to experience, location, and performance).
