Lead Caregiver – Weekly Pay – $500 Sign-On Bonus Job Gurnee, IL BrightStar Care of Gurnee is hiring a Lead Caregiver to support our clients and caregiving team across the area. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who want consistent hours, variety in their day, and the opportunity to grow into leadership. $21 per hour starting pay Guaranteed 35–40 hours per week Bring: Driver’s license Auto insurance card Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 in-home caregiving Fill in for caregiver call-offs or planned vacations Help start services with new clients Assist with training newly hired caregivers Communicate availability and scheduling with the office Occasionally assist with introductions or office support when needed Lead Caregivers may work with a variety of clients, including seniors, adults, and children with different care needs. Skills & Qualifications: Caregiving experience required (CNA welcome) High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Reliable personal vehicle with auto insurance in your name Smartphone for communication and scheduling CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to travel within our service area Must pass background check and drug screening Physical Requirements: Must be able to assist clients with daily living activities including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting with mobility. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when required.
