Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy, completing Medicaid‑compliant documentation, and participating in care coordination. The role includes crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and stabilization services. Therapists collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to support client safety, stability, and long‑term wellness. Qualifications Must hold or be eligible for Nevada licensure, LCSW, LMFT, CPC, or intern level equivalent. Experience with severe mental illness, homelessness, substance use, and Medicaid documentation preferred.
