Job Details

We are seeking a hands-on Lab Manager to own and operate the engineering lab infrastructure supporting satellite and RF hardware development.

You will:
Own day-to-day lab operations
Maintain calibration systems and preventative maintenance programs
Manage inventory and asset tracking
Oversee lab safety (ESD, chemicals, compliance)
Support environmental test equipment (thermal, vibe, HALT/HASS)
Coordinate facility and vendor management
Assist with light warehouse operations
Support satellite integration workflows

Required:
3+ years in aerospace, RF, electronics, or high-reliability lab environment
Experience supporting flight or flight-like hardware
Calibration + asset tracking system experience
ESD and lab safety knowledge
Ability to read schematics + mechanical drawings
Onsite in Seattle
ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Green Card)

Strongly Desired:
Satellite or antenna assembly
AS9100 / IPC / NIST familiarity
RF connectors, fine-pitch soldering
Cleanroom support experience
3D printer maintenance
