Your expertise will be essential in helping individuals improve their respiratory health, ensuring they live their lives with greater ease and comfort.What You'll Do:Assess and Manage Respiratory Conditions: Evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.Administer Respiratory Therapies: Deliver essential treatments such as oxygen therapy, nebulization, mechanical ventilation, and more.Monitor and Track Progress: Keep track of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.Educate Patients and Families: Provide patients and their families with education on managing respiratory conditions and making lifestyle changes to improve long-term health.Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and high-quality care.What We're Looking For:Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.Licensing: Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Oregon (or ability to obtain).Experience: Previous clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Certifications: Additional certifications (e.g., neonatal/pediatric care, pulmonary function testing) are a plus.Why Prospect?
