About the Position

CST - Ortho/OR Robotic

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Four 10-hour shifts per week with variable start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM | On-call one day per week and every fourth weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scrub technologist duties in orthopedic and robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field throughout surgical cases
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments and supplies during orthopedic and robotic OR cases
• Fulfill on-call obligations including one day per week and every fourth weekend

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA or equivalent credentialing body
• Experience in orthopedic surgical procedures
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgery in the OR setting
• Ability to work variable start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
• Availability for on-call scheduling requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume orthopedic or robotic surgical environment
• Familiarity with robotic surgical systems used in orthopedic cases
