Controller

Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and cash management functions for a growing organization with both U.S. and international operations. This position serves as a key member of the finance leadership team and partners closely with the CFO to drive financial accuracy, process improvements, and strong internal controls. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and financial reporting Manage monthly close processes, reconciliations, journal entries, and budget-to-actual analysis Oversee U.S. and international audits, tax filings, regulatory reporting, and compliance activities Monitor cash flow, banking relationships, and lines of credit Supervise and develop accounting, payroll, and accounts payable personnel Drive process improvements and implement effective internal controls Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic recommendations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience Experience managing accounting functions and teams Strong understanding of financial statements, audits, tax compliance, and accounting operations Experience with JAMIS, Deltek Costpoint, or comparable accounting systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
