A domestic brand new car dealership in Wakefield, MA is looking to add an experienced Sales Manager to round out our sales team.

If you are local, have sales management experience with solid references, believe in processes and taking exceptional care of customers, then this is the right place for you….and if you have finance experience that is also a plus!

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive management experience is REQUIRED for this position.Qualified candidates will have managed teams of sales representatives, demonstrate hands-on sales floor work, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in setting sales volume and gross objectives
  
• Assist in ongoing salesperson training
  
• Assist in marketing and advertising efforts
  
• Assist in keeping accurate daily performance records
  
• Greet, desk, present and TO with transparency and integrity
  
• Provide a high level of customer service
  
• Maintain positive working relationships with our manufacturer and vendor partners
  
• Help maintain an energetic, productive and positive work environment
  
• Work directly with sales staff and customers to make deals
