Human Resources Assistant Full-Time | Hourly | Flexible Schedule (30-40 Hours per week) Taylor Community is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team! This position provides administrative support across all areas of Human Resources and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping things organized behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate, someone looking to start a career in Human Resources, make a career change, or someone looking for a rewarding role with a more manageable pace. No HR experience required - we will train the right person! What You'll DoMaintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records.Scan, organize, and upload employee documentation into UKG.Assist with recruitment, job postings, applications, interviews, and hiring events.Support new employee onboarding and orientation.Assist with HR policies, job descriptions, reports, audits, and other projects.Respond to routine employee and applicant inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.Provide administrative support to the VP of Human Resources and HR team as needed. What We're Looking ForStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Comfortable working with computers, electronic files, and data entry.Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.Previous HR or administrative experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person! What We Offer:Competitive wages and benefits to include:Full-Time hourly positionHealth, Dental, and vision insurance under $100 per monthPaid time off (PTO) and 401k with employer matchOpportunities for professional development and advancementA fun, supportive team environment At Taylor Community, we believe in Integrity, Quality, Respect, and being Resident-Oriented.
