R&O Quality InspectorThe R&O Quality Inspector is responsible for the Quality Control of the repairs within the 145-repair station. Must adhere to the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM), Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), and all 14 CFR Aviation Regulations.Duties/Responsibilities of the R&O Quality Inspector:Train, direct, and assist all inspection personnel performing work under the repair station certificate as directed by the Accountable Manager.Ensure the proficiency of every inspector by completing the Inspector Proficiency Checklist Form RSF-211-01.Ensure all incoming, hidden damage, preliminary, in-process, and final inspections are performed following the procedures outlined in the manual.Respond to any request for inspection of this repair station certificate.Determine the final disposition of articles failing to meet the incoming inspection review as directed by the Accountable Manager.Ensure appropriate calibrations and checks are made on the tools and equipment used by the repair station as described in the manual.Red-tag or placard any malfunctioning or non-functioning equipment.Assist Field & Tech Services with aviation technical questions.Additional duties as assignedNote: This description is an outline of the major recurring responsibilities of the job.
