Board Certified Behavior Analyst
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and design comprehensive ABA treatment plans
- Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Supervise and monitor treatment progress of clients
- Provide training to parent/guardian of clients
Reports to: Acting Clinical Director
Position Type: Part-time or Full-time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of a Master’s Degree or national equivalent with a major in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study is preferred.
- Have obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- A minimum of one year of experience in working with children and adolescents
- Familiar with ABA software and technically savvy
- Excellent oral and written communication; and interpersonal skills
Other Requirements:
- Successful completion of criminal history background check
- Satisfactory reference check
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Competitive Compensation: $65.00-$85.00 hourly rate based on experience
