Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aesthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. This role involves providing clients with personalized skincare solutions, performing advanced aesthetic procedures, and contributing to a loyal and growing practice. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of aesthetic services including Cosmetic Consultation, SkinPen Microneedling, Dermaplane, TCA Chemical Peels, VI Peel, PRP, Ulthera, UltraPulse, and VBeam. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in accordance with industry standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience. Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and products available for retail sale. Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online. Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best care possible. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required. Experience in Dermatology, med spa settings or relevant aesthetic services is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Management experience or familiarity with retail sales is a plus; ability to upsell products and services is highly valued.
