Tableau Developer Share Contractual West Des Moines, IA PDT - 8370 8-10 09/11/2025
Overview:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define complex business and technical requirements.
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards and visualizations following best practices.
- Build and maintain efficient Tableau data sources with row-level security.
- Prepare and transform data using SQL, Tableau Prep, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Support Agile development processes including sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
- Lead or contribute to ETL pipeline development for analytics platforms.
- Ensure performance optimization and usability across Tableau assets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on Tableau development experience, including Tableau Prep.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience in Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, high-performing Tableau solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies (Jira, GitHub).
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Power BI, Looker, MicroStrategy, or Python.
- Tableau or BI certifications.
