Job Description
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required

License: Active RRT license in hand

Certifications: NBRC and AHA BLS required

Must-Have:


- NBRC certification and BLS certification must be active and in hand at the time of submission.
- Must be nicotine-free. No exceptions.

Description:


CRT or RRT accepted.


Four 12-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts available.


Must have 2 years of experience.


Weekends as needed.


May float as needed to other facilities.


All scheduling requests must be communicated during submission and interview.


All work history must be included in the profile.


Copies of required certifications must be included with submission.


References from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission.


References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.


Background checks will be reviewed.


Facility does not accept any license hits.


Smoke-free environment.


Negative 10 panel drug screen required within 12 months of start.


Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to previous hospitals for 1 year from their end date.


Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6-month break is required.


Additional compliance requirements may be needed.


Modules are completed pre-start and annually.


Modules vary by specialty and are billable up to 4 hours if required.
