Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current CPR certification
• Current driver‘s license
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Experience with Homecare Homebase

Assignment Details

• May be required to supervise home health aide in procedures directly related to the speech-language therapy plan of care.
