Your New Role

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Handle service calls from evaluation through project completion
• Identify plumbing issues and present customers with practical repair solutions
• Install and repair piping systems, including copper, PVC, and cast iron
• Explain findings and completed work in a clear, professional manner
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and ready for daily use
• Deliver a professional experience with every customer interaction

• At least 3 years of residential plumbing service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience servicing and repairing residential plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service appointments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with light commercial plumbing service and repair
• Ability to safely operate plumbing tools and equipment
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and industry standards
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
