Mercy Health in Tiffin, OH seeks an experienced RN Diabetes Educator to provide diabetes self-management education within an ADA-recognized program. You will teach in group or individual settings, perform follow-ups, document in EMR, and support quality improvement projects and community events. Requirements include BSN, active licensure, and a minimum of 2 years of clinical care experience.
