Our clients are high-end homeowners across the Pacific Northwest who want the best. That's where you come in. What You'll Actually Be Doing Operating excavators and skid steers (not just watching someone else do it). Installing premium hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, and rockeries. Working directly under a Site Manager—leading and motivating your crew. Reading plans, setting grades, and keeping sites tight and professional. Building projects you will actually want to show your friends. What We Need From You 3+ years landscape construction experience (you know the difference between a compactor and a jackhammer). Heavy equipment skills—excavators, skid steers, etc. Valid driver's license + reliable transportation. The grit to work outdoors year-round (yes, even in Seattle winters). Leadership potential and a no-drama attitude. Bilingual? Huge plus. What's In It For You $25–$30+/hr base (experience pays). Performance incentives up to $7–$8/hr extra.
