Luxury Automotive Sales Associate

Marin Luxury Cars, Land Rover Marin, and Lotus San Francisco is seeking an experienced automotive sales associate to join our established luxury automotive sales team.

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required. This opportunity is designed for an automotive sales professional who already understands the dealership business, knows how to build and maintain a client base, and is motivated by high earning potential.

You'll have the opportunity to represent prestigious luxury automotive brands while working with discerning clientele in a professional, relationship-driven dealership environment.

As a luxury automotive sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and dealership sales goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and professionally assist showroom customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Respond to Internet, phone, showroom, and referral opportunities
• Prospect for new business and develop a personal client base
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives
• Learn and maintain knowledge of luxury vehicles and products in inventory
• Present vehicle features, pricing, trade values, financing, leasing, and ownership options
• Follow up consistently with prospects, unsold customers, and previous clients
• Generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM
• Stay current on inventory, product features, incentives, and market trends
• Deliver a personalized, concierge-level buying experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Work collaboratively with management, finance, service, and other dealership departments

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as an automotive sales consultant, sales associate, or similar dealership sales role
• A proven track record of automotive sales performance
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Confidence working with luxury and high-end clientele
• A professional, polished, and customer-focused approach
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Requirements:

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required
• Proven sales performance preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible dealership schedule, including weekends
• Must be able to successfully complete any required background and employment screening
