- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Home Health, Med Surg, or Hospice experience
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65

What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting
- Administer medications, IV antibiotics, and manage PICC lines and Foley catheters
- Monitor patient conditions and document in Meditech Home Care EMR
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
- Coordinate patient visits across a 50-mile radius
- Support patient wound, heart failure, diabetes, and other diagnoses
- Collaborate with the department's educator and healthcare team
What You Need:
Required:- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, NIHSS certifications
- 1+ years of Home Health, Med Surg, or Hospice experience
- Valid driver's license
- General medical/surgical skills
- ER or ICU experience
- Ability to travel throughout service radius
About the Assignment: This RN position is based at a hospital-affiliated home health department in Shreveport. You will deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care to diverse patient populations, including those with wounds, heart failure, diabetes, and infusion therapy needs. The role involves traveling within the local region to ensure timely and effective patient care, supporting a team committed to excellence and patient success.
