### Job TitleAssembler 1### Job DescriptionThe Assembler 1 is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, working under closed supervision.**Your role:** • Implements quality checks based on provided instructions and specifications defined by the company, to ensure product integrity and adherence to standards. • Operates a set of machines and production equipment, ensuring safety and following prescribed procedures and guidelines. • Monitors output quality to identify and address any faulty products, including discarding or remanufacturing as necessary. • Documents and records of daily production activities to facilitate performance analysis and reporting. • Utilizes basic computer skills to navigate applications, access digital work instructions, and document test and work records. • Demonstrates understanding and adherence to established personal safety, security, and environmental practices to maintain a secure work environment. • Fosters positive working relationships with supervisors and colleagues, seeking feedback and adapting working methods for continuous improvement. • Follows standard procedures and guidelines, promptly recognizing and communicating any issues or abnormalities to appropriate personnel while prioritizing workplace health and safety.**You are the right fit if:*** No prior experience required, experience Manufacturing in a highly regulated environment preferred.* Your skills include reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.* You have a HS diploma or equivalent.* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.**How we work together**We believe that we are better together than apart. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
