Next Gen Construction & Demolition

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Interior Demolition Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates are dependable, safety-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior demolition including removal of walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, and debris
• Use hand tools and power tools such as hammers, crowbars, saws, grinders, and jackhammers
• Load, carry, and dispose of demolished materials
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Assist team members and supervisors with tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50-75 Ibs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to work in dusty, noisy, or confined environments
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and willingness to follow directions
• Must wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vest, steel-toe boots)
