Conduct evaluations for pediatric, adult, and senior patients using evidence-based assessments and observational methodologies.

Create tailored treatment plans focusing on immediate goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing objectives.

Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions emphasizing communication, language development, fluency, voice control, and swallowing techniques.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and medical professionals to develop integrated care plans.

Provide patient and family education to ensure ongoing support and progress between therapy sessions.

Assist with occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to state, federal, and organizational requirements.

Engage in ongoing professional development through education and teamwork.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not already ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Therapist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based practices across all age groups, with a solid understanding of both developmental and acquired communication disorders.
